Cartel Deli in Salcedo Village has been known since
2016 as this quaint go-to deli-coffee-sandwich hang out spot. This time, Cartel opens its doors in Legazpi Village with a bigger space of over 180sq. m, a friendly & casual vibe, a fuller menu and a great interpretation of what modern Spanish cuisine should be.
With its raw, cozy and contemporary interiors, signature dishes, a neighbourhood bar and “Little Mercado,” Cartel aims to consistently give customers friendliest service and best quality food at the most competitive prices.
The restaurant takes pride in its signature tapas, grilled steaks and its thinnest house paellas (as they should be)! Some of the tasteful offerings include Grilled Tuna Belly, Fire Grilled Octopus, Sobrasada Spring Rolls, and its very own Manchego Cheesecake. The restaurant is also a lively drinking scene with 100 references of wines, sangria, and cocktails. And the “Little Mercado” offers curated selections of Iberico cold cuts, cheese, fresh salad, baked breads and pastries exclusively found in the menu which you may enjoy within the comfort of your own home.
“We want to deliver a fun, ever-evolving and uniquely “Cartel” dining experience by bringing a little bit of Spain to the metro,” says Spanish-born Head Chef Amado Garcia-Fernandez, whose years of travel and experience has greatly influenced his passion for cooking.
Cartel Deli Legazpi Village is open from 6AM to 1AM daily and can accommodate a maximum seating capacity of 80 guests. The branch is now accepting bookings and event reservations thru email@example.com or 0917 153 4805 / (02) 8 820 3240.
